ABOUT ME

i will love everyone until they give me a reason not to. i love to: go new places, meet people, cook for people, drink wine with people, drink beer with people, dance with people and also by myself, make friends, read books, pet animals, PLAY MUSIC, listen to music, see live music, learn about new cultures, speak new languages, try new food, have adventures, climb mountains, ride bicycles, go night-sledding, swim in the ocean, swim pretty much anywhere really, drift down rivers, sit/eat/drink/dance/tell scary stories/sleep around campfires, get dirty, play in the rain, play in the snow, climb trees, be alive. I will try anything once, and a lot of things more than once.

Will trade yoga classes, a delicious meal, or a song for a place to sleep, always!

BOOKS: kurt vonnegut always and anything, the motorcycle diaries, anything by michael pollan or jared diamond, ishmael, allen ginsberg, pablo neruda, gabriel garcia marquez, tolstoy, jane goodall, jeffrey eugenides.

MUSICS: i have my favorites, but if it has a soul i will enjoy basically anything.

IL CINEMA: any frederico fellini movie. marcello mastroianni was a god. the old classics: princess bride, willow, and the muppets movies. and bill and ted's excellent adventure, because there will ALWAYS be strange things afoot at the Circle K.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

once i saw a squirrel attack a pigeon in central park... it was pretty incredible.
