Hello
My name is Hélder!!! I’m a Portuguese fellow, my home town is Alverca, near to Lisbon, but I moved to UK nearly 10 years ago! (Boy the time flies). I studied nursing and moved here to work, ended up staying this long!

PHILOSOPHY

Life is like pizza, to ride a motorbike, rock music and so many other things.....even when it's bad, it's still pretty GOOD!

I like every genre of music, but at the moment more into music with not many lyrics, like Boris Brejcha and Apashe (music is to be felt more than listened to 😂)

Stayed alive until now, working in Intensive care made realise how amazing is to be alive every day that goes by
