when it comes to music, i can groove to most anything. i'm especially fond of: bon iver, sufjan stevens, arcade fire, sigur ros, avett brothers, iron & wine, jack johnson, seabear, regina spektor, norah jones, fleet foxes, beirut.

as for books, if it's spiritual or/ philosophical chances are i'll dig it. some recent fiction favorites: a fine balance, the time traveler's wife, the history of love, water for elephants, extremely loud and incredibly close, shantaram, the poisonwood bible.
