ABOUT ME

All really depends on the mood. But I'm easy-going and creative. The two fields I'm mostly into are graphic design and music. I play guitar and a bit of keyboards. My dream is to have a little creative studio back in Vilnius and a band with a very selective special group of people.
Now I am going to Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam to study.

PHILOSOPHY

This is very questioning section. I think that the biggest part in my head is filled with self expression ideas. Either it's art or music, I have to be doing something all the time. And I think my life will always be closely connected to the work I do. Maybe it sounds not very philosophical but that's just what I felt at the moment.
Of course other people have a lot to do with my life. And another reason I live is for being with and being good to other people. I consider myself as a giver but my expectations are usually pretty high too. Honest and sincere people are the ones that attract me most.

I've just found about Couchsurfing, but I already feel the good vibe of this place. In the future I hope to meet many people and put as much as it is in my hands to support and keep this community going and growing.

Interests

Art, cultures and live bands. I also like animals and science, in an artsy way. I've done a few graphic personal projects about scientific objects and theories that interest me.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Alejandro Jodorowsky! 'the holy mountain', 'el topo'; also 'the third man', 'the big lebowski'; 'the two jakes', 'logan's run', all from Andrew Bujalski, 'The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou' and some others that I will remember as soon as I close this window.
Music: yeasayer, indian jewelry, psychic ills, bon iver, mgmt, beach house, nite jewel, talking heads, the jesus and mary chain, modest mouse, high places, fleet foxes, the doors, jeferson airplane and other sounds that have a sense of space. I'll also never forget the band that reflects a whole period of my life - the libertines.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing experience in my life was being at the edge of Europe on a coast in Portugal. Big ocean waves hitting the rocks and snow white sand.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think at my age there's still tons of things to learn so I'd first like to hear your story and than try to give something you haven't got yet. What I'd really like to share with people is a free way of expressing yourself in any field.
