ABOUT ME

I'm originally from Lincolnshire - renowned for its sausages and farmers, but managed to escape without the dreaded farmer accent. I moved to Nottingham two years ago to attend Uni (Management with French) and fell in love with the city. I'm currently on a sabbatical year to build a new business but would love to get some travelling done this year too.

PHILOSOPHY

Oooh - I often get caught day-dreaming about how anything affects everything. Like the ryanair worker who clicked his bag-counter one time too many today, delayed a plane by 30 minutes - and as a result changed everything in the world by proxy. Love it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Will try to hit my first couch in Paris, and I always keep a sofa free for travellers in the Nottingham area. There's not much call for accommodation in Nottingham, but anyone who wants to crash in a 2 guy appartment just get in touch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Recently met a huge group of couch-sufers in Milan; have crashed on many friends' sofas in France.

I'm happy to help anyone with their English, learn to play squash, juggle or bake brandy-snaps (they're delicious). Would love to learn to snowboard better, cook local delicacies, or just learn anything quirky.
