Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I was introduced to couch surfing by exchange students that visited my home university, and also my sister who knew a number of people that hosted couch surfers and had quite a bit of experience with couch surfing. I was at first really suprised by the generousity of strangers, allowing me to come into their homes.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had my first couch surfing experience in Wien, and was amazed by the friendly hosts, and the hospitality that they displayed!! I loved being able to stay with locals, and felt really emersed in the culture, rather than feeling separated from it, like it is so easy to feel when you travel with people from your country.
