ABOUT ME

We both love travelling. I have 9 weeks a year and I don't like staying at home during the holidays.

I learned english when I was au pair, in Ireland, in 2003. Alex studied in England and in the USA. He is an engineer. I can't explain right now what kind of job he's doing, because even in French I can't ;-). Myself, I don't have the opportunity to speak english a lot, so I watch american series. I work for the French Navy. My job is to control maritime traffic (Coast guard).

We got married September the 13th 2008. And now, we have 2 lovely little girls, Yuna and Ellie. Yuna is borned on the 5th of January 2013 and Ellie, on the 14th of July 2014.

What else? We have one bedroom free to host friends, family and now, couchsurfers. But, I have an unregular timetable, so please contact us as soon as you can.

One more thing, I hope you like cats because we do. We have 2 cats at home...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In Leiden, at Carolyn's home. I stayed one night. That was great. We went for a walk, by night.
Then, I met Noëlle & Jim. I stayed one night as well. They are nice people. We spent the evening chatting around the fire place. That was a great experience too!

I like fiction movies and books. I listen to various kind of musik including but not limited to pop, rock, french, piano.

The Irish coast, a couscous in Marrakech, tales in Broceliande Forest (Brittany), a dinner with the Captain of a ferry (crossing from France to Morocco) such a wonderful experience!

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Alex is a really good cook so if you like, he could cook a nice meal for you, at your place. We love learning recipes from place where we travel to.
