Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I find CS as an amazing opportunity to meet extraordinary people, who share the same passion- travelling, discovering different cultures.

Interests

I adore trekking over mountains! What else? Travelling-but it's rather obvious;),discovering different customs and traditions, cycling, kayaking, spending as much time as possible with my husband and friends. Eating and cooking as well, especially trying to prepare various dishes from foreign cuisine:) Drinking good tea, coffee and wine. I also have a thing about photography. I'm fond of taking photos (as an amateur) just to keep the moment forever.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I've seen so many great films, there is no chance to jot all of them down. Mostly, I prefer films which make me feel touched by the story, but not only.

Music: I'm not a music fanatic. What's more, I even used to be an ignorant, but it was such a long time ago. Truly, it depends on my mood. I listen to almost every kind of music except techno. Recently I'm keen on smooth jazz.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

* lying on a terrace and watching shooting stars for almost half night in Croatia (September 2007)

*crazy hitch-hiking with a lorry driver down Aj-Petri hill in Crimea (September 2008)

*sleeping higher then 2500 m above the sea level under the sky during trekking in Alps pretty close to a herd of chamois(September 2009)

*spending a night in my fiancé's hand made kangoo-camper somewhere in the wild on Krakow-Czestochowa Jurassic Highland Chain (June 2011)
