garden state, tintin, his dark materials, betty davis eyes, royksopp, dire straits, fargo, napoleon dynamite, lost in translation, howl's moving castle, how to be a domestic goddess, dolly parton

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

living in Santa Barbara, CA for 3 months in 2006 was the most amazing summer of my life. 8 friends, 2 bedrooms, constant sunshine, a crap job, bikinis, hot tubs and juicy mangoes for breakfast, freedom.

Teach, Learn, Share

in the world we live in when it can feel like you are so alone on the most crowded streets, buses and trains, i hope that couchsurfing is going to restore my faith in humanity that people can actually be nice, do actually care about each other, can be altruistic, and want to trust one another again.
