我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been participating in Couchsurfing gatherings for the last two years with a friend, Natasha Stalker, who was already part of the CS Project. I finally joined CS a month ago and hosted my first CS gathering at my house. Now I'm on an extended roadtrip across the US and have been staying with numerous hosts.

Traveling/Exploring (but at a slow pace-not a gotta see everything pace), spending time with family and friends(especially my niece and nephew), volleyball, getting lost in markets, trying new kinds of food that nobody else will eat, photography, quilting, volleyball, reading, dancing(even when there isn't a dance floor or the dance floor hasn't a soul on it:), knitting, roadtrippin', cookin'/baking, being outdoors, playing piano...

音乐、电影和书籍

I like a bit of every kind of music...but not so much rap/hip hop. Books..I tend to read a lot of elem. storybooks and chapter books during the school year. When I do enjoy other books I stay up until the wee hours of the morning reading and then have to drag myself out of bed to teach at 6:30am! Movies..anything but horror and dumb funny.

I love learning new skills and am always willing to try something at least once. I enjoy playing volleyball, quilting, knitting and teaching. I'm always willing to share these skills with others.
