We are 2, Karolina (from Poland) and Michel-Antoine (french) , we worked for 7 months in French Guyana, we have been to south america for a trip in Brazil, Bolivia and Peru now we back in Poland since march 2010, we can welcome anybody rather during week-ends

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
During these 6 months in Guyana: helicopter over the jungle.... watching Luth tortles (500 kg) coming out from the sea and small ones after their birth running to the sea.... spending times with people on the Maroni rivers close to Saint Laurent...making barbecues 3 times a week !!

We have recently interest in cooking recipes. We work on it now, we tried to learn during our Erasmus time but I did not do enought. For me the best cooks I've lived with, were when we lived in Newcastle; 2 Greeks who were really good everyday-day-cook
