About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am currently travelling in Poland although I wil be back in London next week. Soon after that, I will be travelling to Venezuela!
ABOUT ME
Ok...
Im a good old Perth boy from Australia. Had a great life in Oz (Australia) but needed to shake things up a bit, so I quit my job and came out to see the world. I am loving the whole travelling thing, everyday is a new adventure, meeting new people, eating different foods, and just mingling with the different cultures, its awesome!
Ive been travelling since the start of April 2009 now and now I have sort of settled in London. Although I will be visiting Venezuela very soon.
Im a fun lving guy, full of life, and as adventurous as they come. I love to get out there and show the world what Im all about, as well as learning from the world also.
PHILOSOPHY
I just always make the most of everything, keep a positive attitude and get out there and think that the world wouldbe a better place if more people thought this way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have been a registered member for a while, but havent really used the site much at all. So I will add details here shortly..
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have met and now made friends with one person in Colombia and three people in Poland (who I met very recently). They have all been very positive experiences.
Interests
Im interested in lots of things...
Travelling (obviously) seeing what each country/city has to offer as far as sights, history, people etc.
Love my sports (footy - AFL, tennis, gym and just about every other sport too).
I get out a bit, pretty social person who is always the first one to be interacting with others and making new friends.
Love a good party, I always try and hit the nightlife of whatever city/country I am in.
I like good food and wine, the more I travel the more I realise we have some of the best wine in the world (in Australia), but still keen to try more from around the world.
As for work, I always wanted to be a lawyer since I was a kid, then I got there, realised I didnt like it too much, so came travelling instead. So know Im out to see the world, before reaity hits and I have to get back to work (in a similar field but not as a practitioner).

Music, Movies, and Books
Music - everything with a good beat! Like my house, bit of dance, hip hop, but like I said, anything with a good beat also.
Movies - Point break, Braveheart, Shawshank redemption and Heat are a few of my favourites, but anything with a good plot will do.
Books - I read a lot for work, so didnt get into much reading outside of this.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A few of my lifetime highlights:
1. Standing on top of a sand dune in the Sahara desert, looking out over other parts of th Sahara, as the sun was setting! Amazing!
2. Walking in to the Colosseum (Rome).
3. Achieving set goals, for work, study, sport and personal.
Teach, Learn, Share
As for learning - well, I want to learn about other people, their culture and so forth. I cant be too specific here, as some of the best things we learn, we never knew we wanted to learn them, before we did (if that makes sense).
As for teaching - well I can just show you me and see what you learn from the experience. My background, culture and the way I am may all be elements of something that you can learn from.
