ABOUT ME

I grew up in CA, and presently living and working in the East Bay of SF area.

I taught middle and high school for a decade, just completed traveling around the world for a year.

Had the most amazing yoga teacher training in Denver, that opened my heart and mind.

Love meeting CSers that have such generosity and kindness. Happy to host those that I can, and share my knowledge of the Bay Area that I love. So much beauty and fun here!

I love to eat! Yummy, local, fresh, in season food is heavenly to me. Dance, Yoga, Hike, Run, Reading, and of course...Eating are a few of my favorite things.

I just got my second certification as a yoga teacher. So much to learn.

I am returning to teaching in California after a 2 year hiatus. I believe youth need love, laughter, and someone that believes in their excellence.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Danced a House of Ill repute and had my hair brushed by many beautiful women.
Spontaneously taught 50 kids to dance in India at a school.
Stopped a mob of 120 kids from trouncing each other over one soccer ball by dividing them into harmony parts and leading them in a improvised chorus.
Jumped higher than the Taj Mahal.
Swam around a fishing boat while 4 fisherman laughed at me.

All sorts with an open heart, humility, wicked sense of laughter. People from so many different walks of life interest me, especially from different countries that have a radically different way of being raised than myself.
