ABOUT ME
I love to be around people. I am compassionate and considerate. I Love to learn new things and explore new places.
I enjoy cities and I am very interested in making them more environmentally responsible. I am a LEED AP (Leader in Energy and Environmental Design, Accredited Professional) and I am very passionate about evolving the way people view the places we live work and play.
I love to practice yoga and teach yoga. I am a certified yoga instructor. Want to learn a new posture to strengthen your back? Or maybe a posture to help you with an acne breakout? :)
I am a naturalist and very health conscious. I am currently trying to add more raw food into my diet. What is Raw Food you are thinking? No this does not mean raw meat…... No worries, I do feel it is important to break my health rules once in a while. ;) Life is to short! I can’t eat everything though… wheat products unfortunately make me sick.
I recently traveled to Peru and backpacked around Cuzco with a Peruvian energy guru for 2 weeks. :)
PHILOSOPHY
Breaking patterns, opening for change and believing will set you soaring to new and amazing heights.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have traveled to Costa Rica, Guatemala, El Salvador, Italy, Mexico, and Canada and somehow I can not get over the Michigan sunset.
I have been white water rafting 5 times, First time was in Yellowstone National Park, I was 7 and I cried. The best was in West Virgina on the New Gauley where I thought I was going to die, and I loved it :)
