Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To define my personal boundaries, and then move beyond them.
ABOUT ME
I am a little shy, sort of quiet, and incredibly curious about everyone and everywhere. I am a reader, an inquirer, an amateur opera singer and an life-longer lover of all things strange, new, old, and awkward. I am always willing to try something new and am always willing to help out and work hard. I have sisters, cats and friends around the world.
PHILOSOPHY
To fly, you must first have resistance. I live by that resistance-- I know it what will propel me to go beyond myself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love the CS Project, not because I have been a part of it for very long in practice but because it embodies my travel philosophy. People are my passion and I love to connect with people through my travels, hearing their stories and learning what it is they are passionate about in their towns and countries, in their culture and their nations. The CS Project seems to be the ideal way to connect with people across the globe at a very basic level, sharing the same space and the same passion.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have not yet couch surfed, but it has been highly recommended to me by some trusted friends-- I cannot wait to get started.
Interests
Food. Reruns. Pushing myself beyond my limits. New languages, new people. Bagels. Family. New families. Libraries. Gardening. Doing something drastic.
