About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to high five as many people as possible.
ABOUT ME
Well, I'm in a band called Finding Fiction. I'm half Filipino and half caucasian. I am all about music, all kinds. I currently play in a band that tours the US. I love good food and good conversation. I can be pretty competitive when it comes to games. I love baseball (Yankees) and American football (Carolina Panthers). I enjoy meeting new people and hanging out.
PHILOSOPHY
Try it, then decide if you like it. Feet first man, no hesitation.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far I've been on tour with my band for the past couple months. That's where I learned about couchsurfing, we have stayed with a surfer almost every night that we've been out. Hopefully, I'll have some time to host some people when I'm home!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Pretty much everyone I've met through here is super cool. In the past couple months I must have stayed with over 20 people. Always a good time so far.

Music, Movies, and Books
I don't know where to begin with music. I'm into everything. As for movies, I like action, comedy, kung fu, and horror. Books are something I find I don't have in common with a lot of people. I usually read manuals on electronics, physics books, comic books, audio magazines, science magazines. I like science fiction and fantasy books though.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
So much. Right now the one thing that sticks out in my head is when we (my band) were leaving Yellowstone. We had only one day off to check out the entire park and we couldn't camp due to time restrictions. So, we left around 10 PM through the north east entrance on our way to North Dakota for a show the next night. It took us almost two hours to get out of the park because part of the lower circle road was closed. Plus it was dark and raining. So we finally get out of the park thinking it's all easy from there. Wrong. We ended up climbing this enormous mountain that was under road construction also. That meant pitch black dirt roads with no guard rails at 1 AM in an overloaded van. It had to be one of the scariest things ever. Anyways, we get to the top of the mountain and decide to get out and take a break. When we got out, it felt like we entered another dimension. Everything was so black and cold and windy. The drummer and myself were the only ones awake at this point, and when I looked up it was easily the most amazing experience I'd ever had. It felt like we could pick stars out of the sky like picking grapes from a vine. They were so bright and so close, it was disorienting. I literally almost fell over as I looked up. There is absolutely no comparison to the unexpected awe that just completely washed over me.
Teach, Learn, Share
Can teach a myriad of things about and relating to music. I'd like to learn some easy to prepare ethnic dishes.
