ABOUT ME

I've been to La Réunion for 4 months, and I like it very much, I was working and living in St Pierre and it was great, because I had the impression that I saw and met a lot of people who were creole, so it gave me the desire to move all around the world like this, living and working with the people of the country! And not just like a tourist.
I have travelled in Africa last year and lived one year in Canada and North America; for the moment I'm living and working in Rennes, Brittany, but not for so long, in one month, the road is calling me againnnnn, East Europe and South America for the next 6 months!!!!

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem, qui vivra verra! On est ce qu'on désire être, tout ne tient qu'à nous!
C'est par de petites choses, qu'on arrive à de grands changements!
Et profitons de la vie, elle est là, on n'en a qu'une!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met the couchsurfing community of La Réunion because a good friend was in. And I discover totally the principe and I took it very interesting and it corresponds well of my spirit of travel and life!

Interests

I like to do the fiesta, to dance (oriental dance and others,...), to go the cinema, to learn more and more things about politics, people, geography, history, cultures all around the world!

Films: Juno, L'effet Papillon, Requiem for a dream, Arnaques, crimes et botanique, Snatch, tous les films de Tarantino et de Tim Burton,...
Les programmes français et les films décallés, mais où il se passe des trucs intéressants, enfin des trucs intéressants: Carambolage,Trax,Groland!
Niveau musique: electro (soft Vitalic, jusqu'au gros boom-boom,...), la chanson française (Les Ogres, La Rue Kétanou,...), la musique festive des Balkans et Yiddish (David Krakauer, la Caravane Passe, Goran,...).
Le flamenco (Tony Getliff), la musique africaine (Oumou Sangaré,...),...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

J'ai adoré l'ascension du Piton des Neiges à La Réunion, toutes ces lumières en pleine nuit qui se suivaient et sillonnaient à travers les rochers, et puis l'arrivée au sommet. Le lever du soleil et là on a l'impression d'être sur le toit de La Réunion et du monde, on voit tout le tour de l'Ile et c'est absolument magnifique et magique!!
