ABOUT ME

I'm passionate about conservation. I enjoy the natural world and all its wonders. I strive to be the best at whatever I put my mind to & I'm determined to live an extraordinary life. I'm an engineer & part time performer/actor which may one day develop to full time. I enjoy a wide variety of activities & will enthusiastically give anything a go, particularly if it involves learning something, health & fitness or outdoors/nature. Some of my every day interests include (at different times) - gymnastics, sports acrobatics, ballet, modern jive (LeStep) capoeira, kung fu, stage combat, yoga, rock climbing, ice skating, beach volleyball, bushwalking & camping. I love science & nature so my ipod is probably playing a podcast of the science show or Dr Karl. I don't think I every lost that child-like wonder of the universe.

I'm a singer & also do some training in gymnastics & dancing, which I started a few years ago to improve my performance repertoire, it's been hard and different but rewarding.

I'm content in a natural setting or on the rural family property in Laidley, West of Brisbane, where I enjoy being handy and the contrast to the computer screen when I get out there occasionally. We own Clydesdale horses & we used to have Border Collie-X Kelpie dogs. I enjoy urban activities but also a clear star filled sky, clean air & water away from the city, but I can't deny enjoying the benefits of living in a great city.

Obviously traveling is something I enjoy very much and I hope to do a lot more of it.

I am new to the CS project but I hope to contribute by allowing people to visit more places and gain a better understanding of the world and to share my experiences.

Just about anything especially if it involves keeping fit and healthy, eating good food getting out there and getting active and living life to the fullest.

Some of my favourite things at the moment includes: Modern Jive, West Coast Swing, gym & fitness, adventure travel, girls. I also enjoy ice skating, yoga, rock climbing, cooking, gymnastics, mountain biking, live music. I'm pretty much up for anything, try me.

I'll happily read any good fiction novel but as I'm a bit of a nerd I can also happily read a book on astronomy, science, biology or any non-fiction. I wish I had more time to read.
