ABOUT ME

I grew up in the middle of Northern British Columbia. Basically no one around for miles, only 2 stop lights in my town, and my high school graduation class had 7 people in total. So, now I have an incredible passion for seeing the rest of the word and meeting as many interesting people as possible!! I'm currently living and working in Kelowna, and have been for the past 10 years. I've been to 33 countries and traveled on a solo year trip in 2013.

PHILOSOPHY

I am interested to hear what other people believe, and am understanding of it. I have been through a journey of my own and can share if people want to hear it. Essentially, I live my life based on a relationship with Jesus Christ and his spirit. There is no greater joy and I have found following his guiding to be the best decision of my life...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had the opportunity to couch surf through Greece, Turkey and Israel while I was on my one year backpacking trip. AMAZING experience! Met some of the nicest people and it is really the best way to travel because I got to know the local people and get away from the 'tourist' traps. Cant say enough about how much I loved it.

Interessi

Nothing better than drinking wine with friends over a good dinner. I love that! Love cooking, wine, hiking, traveling (obviously!), and anything out of the ordinary

Iguizu Falls in Argentina... actually takes your breath away. The Colca canyon in Peru and seeing condors that are 18ft wing span fly overhead. Paragliding over the ocean in Indonesia. Camping in the Rocky mountains in Canada. Hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia in Turkey. Jungle adventures in India
