About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Life is an adventure - make yours a story worth telling
ABOUT ME
I'm an easy-going child of musicians with a love of big city life and gorgeous sunsets. Two of the best compliments I have ever received are, "If you were an animal, you would be a chameleon because you can blend into any environment," and "You are one of the most curious people I've ever met."
PHILOSOPHY
It's better to regret something you've done than something you haven't done. Also, that whole golden rule (Do unto others as you would have them do unto you) makes a lot of sense.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've surfed a couple times in Vienna, Dresden, Paris and Greece and met some great people here in the Czech Republic for dinner, drinks and meetups.
Interests
I'm a big fan of the arts in all forms - dance, literature, movies, television, Broadway, music, photography, galleries, etc.
I've learned more about history through free walking tours in various cities than in any class.
I'm a huge American football fan and once watched a playoff game on a flatscreen on the beach in Fiji. I'm willing to watch almost any sport if it's an exciting game.
Plus, I'm a geek at heart. I've been to midnight Harry Potter premieres, read The Watchmen in all it's graphic novel glory and generally love anything made by Steve Jobs and friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I flew to my senior prom (high school dance) on a private jet, thanks to good timing and the kindness of strangers. I hiked up a volcano in New Zealand while wearing a formal dress. Lady Gaga and Hugh Jackman once saw me naked. I've got some good stories.
Teach, Learn, Share
I work as a magazine editor and English teacher, so I'm totally happy to help practice English at any level, I taught ballet, tap and jazz dance for more than ten years and I've worked in enough bars and restaurants to have a pretty good knowledge of wine, beer and cocktails.
I wouldn't mind learning to be a better cook, or listening to the history of any place through the interesting stories that make it memorable. I also try to learn at least four things - hello, please, thank you and cheers - in the language of any place I visit.
