Overview
About Me
I spent a lot of time hosting and a little time surfing and then I went and grew a human which took me out of the CS headspace for a bit but now we're back to hosting and planning some surfing and I could not be more hyped.
Side note to surfers: I live alone with my baby so I have a personal rule that if you haven't got any references I'm afraid I'll have to decline your request.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
How else would I meet all the wonderful travellers that make the effort visit my corner of the world?
Interests
Frisbee! The Ultimate season runs from September/October through to April/May depending on the weather in Esperance. It is my all time favourite sport and if you're here on a Wednesday expect to be dragged along.
Theatre! Between acting, directing, costuming, set designing, writing, producing, props, stage managing and special effects make up, I tend to always find some way to get involved with the local amateur theatre.
Pottery! I spend most of my Saturdays down at the local pottery club swapping stories and recipes with the seniors because I'm secretly a 70 year old. As a result I have an assortment of bizarre homemade cups and bowls and plates because everything tastes better when you've made the vessel you serve it in.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was a street performer at the 20th UNIMA Congress and World Puppetry Festival in Perth (2008).
I've stayed at the IceHotel in northern Sweden. Drove my own dogsled and only fell off twice.
Met a legit crazy cat lady in Berlin.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach-wise I'm one of those people that knows a little bit about a lot of things.
I'm currently trying to learn German so any pointers on that would be much appreciated!
I like cooking and baking, so I'm happy to share some food and sweets!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have a knack for kitchen experiments. I am happy to cook dinner and it will potentially be fantastic.
