I am taking a year off before going to university to travel. I love to experience new cultures and try new things, so taking time to travel seemed like a no brainer. Other than that I'm hard to describe, so you will have to meet me if you really want to get to know me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Right now just surfing because I'm traveling and living with my parents or friends when I'm home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am new to couchsurfing, but everyone who I have met that is involved in couchsurfing has loved it!

Interests

Traveling, learning about different culture, meeting new people, food, MUSIC, solving Rubik's cubes, sailing, photography and photoshop, playing bass, cooking, trying new things.

Music, Movies, and Books

At the moment Jennifer's Body. But some of my other favorites are Memento, Garden State, Milk, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Finding Neverland, Slumdog Millionaire, Titanic, V for Vendetta. I know that is a kind of electic mix.

I listen to quite a variety of music and I'm always looking for new bands to check out. To name a few of my favorites: Spoon, Modest Mouse, MGMT, Chairlift, Vampire Weekend, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Daft Punk, Radiohead, The Prodigy, Phoenix, Imogen Heap, Ghostland Observatory, Passion Pit, Fleet Foxes, Cut Copy, Arcade Fire, Cake, Buckethead, The Doors, The Flaming Lips, Guns N' Roses, The Beatles, Grace Potter, Justice, The Scorpions, Aerosmith, Kings of Leon, Matt and Kim, Pretty Lights, No Doubt, Muse, Shins, White Rabbits, Rodrigo y Gabriela, VAST, Yeasayer, TV on the Radio, Ra Ra Riot, a lot of other stuff.

Books: At the moment I am really into Christopher Moore and Haruki Murakmi and Isabel Allende.

I can teach you how to solve a Rubik's cube, and how to make the best guacamole ever!

I'd love to learn how to cook new things, and about different styles of music. Also, just anything that is cool and interesting.
