About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

moved to Duisburg about a year ago for my study abroad. I grew up in Entebbe, a small east African city on the shores of Africa's largest lake, the Victoria. moving to this culturally diverse city came along with loads of opportunities, one being able to meet people from all over the world.
The best description about me would probably be left for you to discover as I often modest. I do however like meeting people and getting to learn different cultures and languages. I try to live a simple life, taking the most out of it and staying optimistic most of the time, cause I see no point in stressing a lot. Iâ

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

hosting, showing vistors around duisburg and neighbouring cities, attending meetings, made a few donations and i hope to do so much more.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

my first encounter with CouchSurfing was when a flat-mate hosted a surfer. We talked about couchsurfing and I was amazed for I found it a brilliant idea. shortly after I decided to be part of it. For someone who’s almost a year old in CS, my experience is unfortunately quite small, having hosted only once (Ezio Mineccia from Italy) and not yet to surfed. But I’m optimistic and do have the passion to get it fully started. I also try to attend meetings as often as I can.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Hard to tell, my taste is so diverse. I'm always ready to watch dramas and Sci-Fis.

Music: Zouk, Kizomba, Dance, Trance, R&B, Rock, Alternative, Daughtry, German Rock&Pop, Rap, Three Doors down, Three Days Grace, Reggae (Gentleman and Bob Marley) and so on. list is endless.

Books: Everything from Dan Brown, anything from John Grisham, my favourite being the Testament, LPs, Wilber Smith Ballantyne and Courtney series, Sidney Sheldons, Clive Cusslers, and many more.
Thats all I can think of at the moment but I'm sure ther is much more.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

when I was about 8, I visited the Victoria falls and came really upclose. Uptill now, I'm amazed by the Smoke that Thunders.
