Be honest with yourself and others, insincerity is a dangerous spirit. Open your mind. Savour every experience as it happens. Opportunities are thrown into your lap at every moment... don't fold your arms. Open them and embrace :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

Any music that inspires, evokes emotion, sends me into a spiral of my own thoughts or generally pleases my ears.
Any books that do the same.. but to my mind. I am currently inspired by a book called the Yoga of Eating... and even more so by a book telling the story of Anastasia - a woman who has lived her life in the Siberian taiga, with very little contact with society.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Attempting to cross the Atlantic from Italy to Colombia... only to find that the voyage was cut short by a very impressive storm which damaged our boat so we had to got to port in Sicily in emergency.
