About Me

CURRENT MISSION

looking for a couch to surf 5 days in hamburg

ABOUT ME

i'm from turkey and i'm a student.

PHILOSOPHY

as a turkish poet puts it; 'living is a quick way to die.' so why not take the most out of it for ourselves and help the others do the same!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i'm looking forward to take part in CS. as an active erasmus exchange, i feel like a transmitter who shares all he has with so many people he meets everyday and learns from them just to share with those he will meet tomorrow. and CS could make a nice stage for me to do that.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i dont have any, YET!!!

Interests

i love playing and watching football, trying to learn new languages and drinking with friends for hours.

  • cooking
  • drinking
  • soccer
  • languages
  • study abroad

Music, Movies, and Books

Fight Club - best movie ever. i have my own interpretation of it on a scene by scene basis.
Pulp Fiction - even travolta can act like a good artist with tarantino.
The Time of the Gypsies - a must see
The Godfather 1&2 (not 3) - i dont think there exists a better script than the ones in these two.

I have a diverse taste of music. but Inti Illimani (a chilean band) and Notre Dame de Paris (the musical) could give a general idea.

The books i read are either about history, politics and theory or are written by Dostoevski.
Notes from Underground - best book ever

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i had one incredible year of Erasmus experience, which i think is the greatest adventure available for free!!!
has anyone ever seen a bee's crap? one shat on my laptop!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to cook some delicious turkish meals, rolling your own cigarette so that you dont have to pay a lot of money on them.
I would love to learn how to drink Absinthe properly:)

Countries I’ve Visited

Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands

Countries I’ve Lived In

Turkey, United States
