About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To maintain my current positive stave of livity

ABOUT ME

I'm a chill person, living as much as life allows. I'm working in Victoria as a massage therapist in an integrative health clinic. I also teach anatomy classes a few times a week.

I can never seem to keep my feet planted for a long period of time and always want to be seeing another far of place but must sit and save money. I just got back from a wicked trip in Feb-May of 2010, ended up seeing England, France, Spain, Italy and Morocco. Had some great CS experiences there.

While at home I try to get out and adventure when I can. This is a great part of the world to live if if you want to go camping most of the year or even just get outside and play.

PHILOSOPHY

If there is a problem in your life and you cant do anything about it, why worry because you can't change the way it is, so worrying will just get you down?

If there is a problem in your life that you can do something about, why worry when you'll probably do something about to fix it?

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had a friend point me in this direction, and since I like to move about the planet, this could be a great way to return the favor should I end up on someone's couch one day.

I've already met some amazing people and hope to meet even more just lend a couch cushion and tell stories.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had a some amazing hosts in Europe which went great, one of my hosts was so generous and inviting, really made my first CS experience the best, t did however set a pretty high bar for the rest of them.... lol

Music, Movies, and Books

I would list them, but there is just so much and i always end up missing some favorites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

You need to scare yourself as often as possible. One that never ceases to make me smile is waterfall jumping in New Zealand. 26M drop from the mouth of a waterfall, quite the rush.

Dave Matthews live at the Gorge amphitheater was a ridiculous show, blew my head awesome. And then being able to see then when I was in Europe this year was wicked.

Amazing things happen all the time, people just never stop to appreciate them.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm full if trivial skills that tend to come in handy, but to think of one off the top of my head in order to teach could be tricky. These talents usually arise when the situation in right. As a massage therapist, that is one skill I'm totally happy sharing, we usually need a 3rd body for it though.
