About Me

WHAT AM I DOING NOW
Working as Art Director in the California Solar Power industry. Living in a shared household with some great friends just a few blocks from the ocean, and playing with my kitten.

ABOUT ME

33yo , funny and chatty italian girl now living in California.
I started traveling almost right after i finished College, I tried out living in northen italy, a beautiful place like Como, but after a year I packed my backpack and went to Australia. I then fell in love with the freedom of travelling solo.

I personally love to cook and cooking is in fact what I usually do to thank people for their hospitality.

LOOKING FORWARD TO MEET YOU.

LATEST PLACE I HAVE BEEN TO

Latest Country I visited for the first time was CostaRica, latest travel was back to Italy to visit family and lasted trip within the US was to beautiful rural Oregon.

Oregon still mesmerizes me with every visit. The beautiful people I meet on the road keep me dreaming of a future where the rhythm of living matches the one f our world.

I love when travels open your eyes and blows your mind when you least expect it, and Oregon never fails to do so.

Another mind blowing place I visit regularly is Black Rock City )'( , Nevada.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think this channel is an amazing way to discover the world from another perspective rather than simple wandering around.
Traveling using CS is fun and can be even easier than backpacking solo.

I hosted and I've been hosted and i loved every single moment, even the occasional weirdos.
Thankfully nothing bad has ever happened to me. I am a very open person and friendly from the start, so the danger of my personality being misunderstood is always in the back of my head. I can confidently say that so far I have met only wonderful and respectful people and I am fully committed to keep it this way!

Couchsurfing has been a great resource in my life of travel and work abroad. It won't be an exaggeration to say that traveling and this website changed my life!
Thanks to CS I was lucky enough to meet and show the city to the man of my life. I man that I ended up marrying few years and a few Countries after. :D
No, this is not a dating website, but it's an environment that puts on contacts open minded people with similar passions, so it wouldn't be too strange to see some magic happen some time. ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I sang songs while working in a pot farm, I helped to build a house made of clay and straws. I lived in a surfer pad whole biking 2 hours every morning to go to work in Sydney. I went to burning man 4 times... But the most amazing thing I have done while traveling is connecting with the best people on earth.
Find souls sisters and brothers along the road is by far what I cherish the most.

Sometimes you keep in touch, sometimes there is no need. You will always remember what that person said or taught you in that moment, in front of that view or in that dirty place. And it is the most precious gift of all.

Teach, Learn, Share

T: to cook, to discover art and design and to simply observe things from another prospective.. to speak italian?
L: Anything really, starting from the language to the recipes of the traditional cuisine.
S: Funny traveling stories, music tips, an ice-cream!
