Interests

I love teaching Bikram Yoga. It satisfies a part of me in a way I've never experienced. I suppose it awakens my love for others 90 minutes at a time.

Anything to do with the ocean!

I like to come up with new ideas and create new things. I'm a real gear head and I have invented some commercial products as well as lots of gadgets that help me do what I want. It continues.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like movies that educate or entertain. Documentaries, comedies and action/adventure are my favs. You can keep the horror movies.

I read books that teach me about something I want to do, how things work or how f#cked up we humans are (and what can be done about it).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My son Mel's birth at home in the hot tub was the most wonderful experience of my life. We had a midwife here but I was able help my wife with the delivery. Wanna see the video? It makes my cry every time I watch.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach Bikram Yoga at a local studio. Come to class with me.

I'll share any knowledge I have and don't mind showing people around town if there's time.

I'm interested in learning most things technical, especially anything that helps save the Earth.

I usually have some honey bees in the yard, sprouts and wheatgrass in the fridge and I'm trying to start a garden. Currently converting my home beer making hobby into a business. I have much interest in learning about and practicing sustainable living and relocalizing goods and services.

I want to learn to speak Spanish
