About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Enjoying the world
ABOUT ME
I grew up in Greece and Germany (the home countries of my mother and father, respectively). After studying in Berlin, I worked as a German teacher abroad in Greece and Mexico.
Berlin is just the place the be, but I also love visiting other countries and cultures and meeting interesting, varied people. I firmly believe in the future of the European project and think that it's necessary to interact more with people from other countries, so as to understand each other better.
PHILOSOPHY
As the British motto goes: "Keep calm, and carry on". There's a reason for everything in life, but it's not always the most important thing to brood over it.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I like to travel around the world with friends and also host other globetrotters and show them around my current city!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have only begun to occupy myself with Couchsurfing recently. So far my experiences include going to Amsterdam with a friend with our CS contact not answering to the phone anymore after we were already on the bus to the Netherlands (not so good) and hosting a student from Greece at my place for a couple of days (much better). I'm always looking forward for new experiences and new stories to tell.
