Interests

I love film and video. I had gone to film school for a short period, and learned more about the beauty and aesthetics of film. I love the process of coming up with an idea, scriptwriting, lighting, directing, and editing. My goal in life is to always be making something. I like photography, a good book, multiple cups of coffee, a cup of tea, the smell of fall, yoga, bike riding, campfires, conversations, french lessons, and kite flying.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: House of Leaves, 1984, Catcher in the Rye,
Movies: Garden State, Casablanca, On the Waterfront, I love the classics, the french new wave, indie cinema, and foreign films.
Music: Too much to list, currently in a very folk mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in Dublin, Ireland, going to work with an 1.5hr daily commute by bus and light rail, learning about what makes a TV station run, having sweet potato fries after ruby sessions, horse back riding for the first time on the shores of the irish sea, taking the bus to Galway, learning new slang, talking with locals, and experiencing the culture was phenomenal.

I know a little bit of American Sign Language, I can show you the sign for "I know sign language" and "bear". I love to share deep conversation.
