Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
One world. one people---in peace and harmony!
ABOUT ME
I am Asian-Canadian, originally from S. Korea, single (divorced), educated in the United States, and have lived and worked in Canada for one half of my life. I am now retired, traveling all around the world, meeting with new people, making friends with them, and learning from them.
I'm clean and healthy, play golf, and practise Yoga on a regular basis. Also, I believe in the alternative and holistic view of medicine (natural healing of mind and body together, and dietary solutions to our health). I have been a vegetarian for some time, and I do not smoke, nor drink (except for socially on very special occasions).
Aside from my favorite pastime activities of golf, Yoga, and travel, I also like watching movies/sports, nature walking, hiking, and climbing (if not too high). I would really love to learn fishing, sailing, and scuba diving, although I did some of them in the past.
PHILOSOPHY
Put off till tomorrow what you can do today. Live one day at a time, and worry about tomorrow tomorrow!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Once I gain some more experience with CS, I would have better ideas.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
As quite a new member, I have not had enough experience yet.
Interests
Traveling to explore all parts of the world and beyond, trying to restore the common sense and sanity through nature, attempting to achieve inner peace and tranquility, and cultivating more love and compassion for myself and others. If given a chance, however, I would also like to explore more areas of metaphysics and spirituality.
