COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am an amateur surfer but I hope to more fully utilize this tool to expand my worldview and experience wonderful friendships and events. Such a wonderful tool!!

Movies: I like a movie with a well-written plot and interesting character development -- essentially anything by the Coen Brothers. My guilty pleasures are Star Wars series and Jackass films.

I have had the good fortune of spending several years traveling around the US and living in new places four to five months at a time. Few things compare to sitting on the beach on Martha's Vineyard in the middle of summer.

I lived in Germany for 3 years. During that time, I was also able to deliver a speech before members of the German Parliament about my experiences as an exchange student.

I'm a native of the Greater Salt Lake City area and I am familiar with the some of the local highlights, which might be a little off the beaten path. Utah has a pretty rich and interesting history and I like to convey that to my guests in an interesting way.
