COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

new to CouchSurfing, but have surfed many couches without the aid of technology - mostly those of friends, but a few near strangers.

updated - I have Surfed three people's Couches, in Lousiana and Texas, and all the experiences were pretty pos- i - tive.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: old appalachian fiddle tunes, country music, eastern european folk music, soul, rhythm and blues. I like rough and groovy music made with real instruments, and scratchy nasal singing. ESPECIALLY scratchy nasal singing.

Books: I like novels, poetry if it is good, Alan Watts and other books about Eastern religion. and many more.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: fiddle tunes, other instrument playing, vegetable gardening, bicycle mechanics, identification of common wild plants, basic cooking

Learn: car/engine mechanics, edible mushroom and more plant identification, advanced cooking, making things out of wood, how to sing really loud, more fiddle tunes. etc. etc.

Share: food!!
