Recently I've been taking a step back from performing and doing a lot of internal reflection and recalibration. Practicing grounding, rooting, and centering in my body, and, from that place, listening for what action is in alignment. Learning to wait for the 100% yeses.

I love going deep with people and talking about the big, juicy stuff of life.

The personal is political, so I do my best to walk my talk.

I am super in love with my pup, Penny, and we spend a lot of time adventuring together.

Language (and how it is the embodiment of culture); talking about art practice and performance and what makes excellent art/art excellent; transcending the construct of gender; reading/listening to epic fantasy novels; spending time surrounded by and marveling at the beauty of the natural world.

I like epic fantasy novels and movies. Mostly books. Neil Gaiman is a favorite, as is Patrick Rothfuss. Loved Black Panther and Ready Player One (which I've read several times) - both made me cry multiple times.

Musical tastes are wide ranging - anything from ass-shaking bass music to minimalist neoclassical piano. I'm open to anything truly excellent (in whatever genre).
