About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see the world by never leaving my own couch.
ABOUT ME
I believe that I am fun, wild, passionate and compassionate, loving, free-spirited, rebellious, charming, funny and intelligent.
PHILOSOPHY
I am Buddhist, meditate everyday, never kill anything (not even mosquitoes no matter how annoying). I think all people should have personal choice, all people should have rights, all people are created equal and should be free. I believe we should look out for our neighbors, strangers and friends, we can make a family that isn't our family, and I think everyone should try to have the opportunity for education and to see the world, no matter what race, or socio-economic standard they hold.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I host, but have never had anyone that wants to come to where I live, but that's OK! I still enjoy surfing whenever I travel.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
The first time I ever couch surfed was in 2009 in Copenhagen. I showed up to find out it was the G20 conference. The city was packed, and I went with a friend to a guy's house that was hosting 6 people! We just walked in, he said to us, make yourselves comfortable, handed us a key and went to work. I couldn't believe it. After that I thought, "I want to be as carefree about life as he is." And so I have worked towards that, but still far from it.

Music, Movies, and Books
Classics. Books, movies, and music. Anything spy-related. I don't do religious books because I'd rather discuss face to face with someone, and I don't do political books because I might vomit if I read them. (kind of like the spinning cup rides at amusement parks).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro, studied in Japan, almost cut my foot off in Thailand, prayed with monks in the Himalayas, spear fished in South America, fell in love in Australia, acted in a movie in Spain, rode horses through the snow in the mountains in Iceland, built a hostel in Srl Lanka... and many more things that I'd like to tell you in person.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach someone how to make their hands grow bigger. Really, I can.
