About Me

CURRENT MISSION

travel, learn, love

ABOUT ME

The most depressing thing I was ever taught in school was that some people are left-brained, and some people are right-brained. You know, that whole "I've always been good at sciences" or "I'm just not a creative person" bullshit you might hear. I think it's an entirely limiting theory, and I firmly believe that every person is capable of achieving something he/she wants badly enough.

The most inspiring thing I learned in school was that the brain has no maximum capacity. We can learn as much about whatever we want, forever, and if we're really into it, it won't have been a waste of time.

But most of what I learned wasn't in school at all-it was from people. And well, I suppose that's why I'm down with hosting all of you people :)

I'm always game for a tapa, a cup of coffee, a drink, a new song, a new thought, a new person, and some good conversation. If you come on a weekend, we will go out and I will most likely sing to you all the way home.

PHILOSOPHY

"What work I've done, I've done because it has been play. If it had been work, I wouldn't have done it." - Mark Twain
