ABOUT ME

I'm easy going, quiet and friendly. I tend to go outdoors for fun and love mountains, beaches and sushi. I don't party as much as I used to but that's not to say it never happens.

I just finished a seasonal staff position at the Omega Institute in New York state. I'm working on a short term plan for the winter as I expect to go back to Omega for another season in April. I signed up at CS so I could do some surfing while I'm on break.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live in the present and be kind. I don't put much energy into fixing myself or other people.

I'm traveling for the winter so I'll just be surfing for now but I'd love to host down the road.

Interests

Nature - Hiking, camping, water etc... Also meditation, travel, good food and drink and kind, welcoming people.
