ABOUT ME

Hey, my name's Daniel and I'm part of the skate4cancer team. What we do is try to inspire youth to lead healthy lifestyles that help in the prevention of cancer. In order to get people pumped we skateboard across countries just to prove that nothing is impossible if you put your heart into it...and we've got a ton of heart! In between skates we travel across countries and give talks to schools, community centers etc to inform and give tips about prevention.
Currently we're headed to New Zealand and then Australia for our 2010 skate. It's gonna be the hardest yet but we're super stoked! We travel light and on a very small budget and would love any support you can offer...see you on the road!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Back home I've got a great pad with lots of space. For years my roomates and I have been putting a roof over random people's heads, and I guess now we're making it official.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've crashed on every kind of surface you can imagine, but the places I love most are the ones filled with locals who have passion for the world, their town and of course, helping others in order to build community.

My best attribute is my social skills. Not that I'm the most interesting person you'll ever meet, but I'm one of the most interested. I'm always down to learn from anybody and share my ideas.
More concrete though, I'm good at a bunch of instruments, really into philosophy and have an almost excessive interest in the beauty of coffee.
