About Me

CURRENT MISSION

learn everything about China, 当一个中国通!

ABOUT ME

I am someone who thinks that life is a chance to make the best out of yourself, and the way to do it is to learn from the experiences you share with other people, the chance to try new things and the challenge to forge and know your own self.

Music is my addiction, traveling is my obsession, philosophy is my occupation.

PHILOSOPHY

I am convinced that we live to be happy. What I don't know yet is how to achieve it, but I feel it must have something to do with traveling and spending time with people you love.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experiences in CS were in Perú and Ecuador and I'm really glad that I joined CS. I had the chance to meet amazing people whom with I had an awesome time and showed me that CS is a beautiful community full of interesting, helpful and worthy people. Definitely, a travel is only really worth it if you find people on the way who have a profound impact on you.

As soon as I got out from my parents house I also started to host people in my apartment in Bogotá and I always had great surfers, of course!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being overwhelmed, wordless at the sight of the "Devil's Throat", at Iguazú falls.

The beauty of Uyuni's salt flat and the surrounding area, which apart from being unbelievably beautiful, feels like a trip to the remote past of the earth, were human beings had not built things everywhere.

Sunset on the Titicaca Lake.

Machu Picchu.

Shangri-la.

Dali, Yunnan, my favorite place on earth.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am eager to learn almost anything. I think CS can be great to practice and learn languages and learning a lot about other cultures, history and even cooking typical dishes!

There's always more you can learn than you can teach. I can teach the languages I know well (English and Spanish). I can tell you about my country as well, specially I think I have a good grasp on topics such as colombian literature which is great, we got some great writers here. I can teach you some philosophy but I don't think you want hehe. I know some stuff about topics as random as poker, wine, music, dancing.
