To create genuine connections with people I wouldn’t normally meet in everyday life by slowing down, getting to know them and learning about their perspectives.

ABOUT ME

I am a 30 year old traveller who is about to go to Canada to get to know a new country and hike in the mountains. I love to explore new places, drink coffee, cook and have stimulating conversations.

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy life, be happy, but above all else, avoid hurting other beings. Respect human dignity, the right to be different and to disagree. Love everyone for who they are.

I like to appreciate the beautiful simplicities in life: the smell of rain or new books, enjoying the quiet solitude of the early morning, chatting while having a relaxing cup of tea or coffee with a friend, exploring cities on foot, comfortable silences...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed a few times, hosted a few times. I often use couchsurfing to find locals to go for a coffee or a meal and have a chat when I am travelling.

I have never had a bad experience with couchsurfing! People are so surprising in the myriad ways they can be beautiful and soulful.

I listen to indie folk and rock, jazz, electro, house, RnB and sentimental music. I love movie soundtracks. Especially corny ones.

I like reading classics but also philosophical non-fiction. I also love children's books.
