CURRENT MISSION

My current mission is to travel the world and be injected into the culture and atmospere through connections with people that live in the place I am travelling. I don't want to simply be a tourist. I want to be immersed in the uniquness of the place.

ABOUT ME

I am outgoing as well as easy going. I am up for anything at any time. I am respectable and am easy to have around, both as company and in terms of keeping my space organized and being as least evasive as possible. I am adventurous and love being outdoors doing physical activities, but am also happy having a day of relaxation.I love food both eating, preparing and cooking it. I think food and drink has the power to bring all people together! I have a passion for people and their lives and stories, and I am good at listening as well as sharing. I look forward to this couch surfing for that reason.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

This is my first time introduced to the couch surfing world, and I plan on participating not only by couch surfing itself but also by recommending it to trusting and fun people who have couches or plan on surfing. As I said before I love people so when I am not travelling I would be more than happy and look forward to offering my couch to others. Mi casa es su cassa! For all those reading this I am currently travelling with my friend from back home, Craig, and we have a tent, two sleeping mats, two sleeping bags, a fuel stove and our own towels!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been ultralighting over southern Turkey.

Also;

So much of Canada. from the west to the east. I have swam in the pacific and Atlantic. I have climbed glaciers in the west of Canada and have camped in all the provinces.
I have spent a summer tree planting up in the mountains of Alberta and literally lived in a tent for three months.

I just graduated four years of university with a honours degree in Child and youth studies. My degree was multidisciplinary so I have experience in psychology sociology criminology biology anthropology etc.
