ABOUT ME
most of these descriptions are old and kinda laughable, but i had to fill up the page when i signed up... i did my travels, met lots of cool people along the way and have come home and gone back to the grind, now i travel sometimes for work and am looking for new friends to show me the local's spots for food, music and anything else of interest!!>...
I am an open minded and adventurous person who is looking forward to meeting many new friends on my new adventures.
PHILOSOPHY
I strive to be constantly learning and seeing new things.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
So far it has been all about me. I have met many amazing people through cs, some just for a sweet bowl of pho, others for a sweet week of hangouts and couch crashing. I am a huge fan of this site and cannot wait to give back once i settle down.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have surfed and hosted many times though never through this site until this year. So far I have met 3 amazing and sweet people who have let me crash and many others just for a coffee, dinner and sweet night.
Interests
Snowboarding, skiing and hockey in the winter, everything and anything from mountain biking to frisbee to get outside in the summer. I am also a nerd at heart and love learning. I am a laid back fun loving guy who is excited to get out and meet many new friends. I am a traveler at heart and have quit my job and plan to travel until the $$ runs out.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all sorts of music and am always excited to come across other music lovers, I travel with my portable hard drive and ipod. For a little more detail my ipod is generally littered with everything from 90's punk & hardcore, more recent hip-hop, indie rock and even grandpa's willie nelson tapes. As for books I am not a very good book reader, but I do like them and I am great at the first half. When up to the challenge I mainly go for non-fiction (interest in history and economy) but do enjoy a good Hunter S Thompson read when dreaming up my next random vacation.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
My first european backpacking trip in 2005, too many highlights to mention, looking forward to topping this great adventure.
