yau, im yohai :)
im israeli, and jewish, but not religious at all...
i was born in israel and moved to nyc when i was a baby, and came back for elementry school in tlv, where i live since.
i really love this city! its very special and its a big part of my life, so ill be happy to show you around!
in high school i learned cinema for 6 years, participated and loved it very much
i was also in a trekking club for 7 years and traveled allot throughout israel, after the army i hiked the israel national trail for 2 months
ive been cooking in serious restaurants since im 17 and these days looking to learn more and cook in the inspiring country of japan
at the same time i try to travel around the world as much as possible to get inspiration and see new food cultures and ingredients
im a left winger, a burner and a very liberal guy...
i have allot of interests and looking to expand my horizons :)
