Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
explore, experience, enjoy, live, raise a son, and hopefully find a scientifically sound explanation for the fact that Liv Tyler sprung from the loins of Steven Tyler
ABOUT ME
I love exploring everything real that's on offer on this planet.
Everything from the human psyche to human relations to history to sciences to cultures to nature and countries. I don't waste my time contemplating the "supernatural" and notions like "afterlife". Though I do enjoy listening to different views.
PHILOSOPHY
Quem não arrisca, não petisca... who doesn't risk, doesn't experience (taste) good things

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Walked the Mare e Monti trail in Corsica, met my wife on facebook (I still don't believe it!), slept in the open air in the back of a truck in Ajaccio, ran a marathon in Lisbon, had some amazing backcountry riding, snowboarding in Val Thorens, canyoning in France, flying over icy Québec in winter at sunrise, played truth-or-dare on a roundabout of Rome, meeting the nicest people in Germany, spent christmas in Vienna in a bar with some retired punks receiving the best free meal ever (goose and red cabbage) thanks to our amazing CS hosts... anyway, every day can amaze me.
Teach, Learn, Share
What do I know? A lot. What do I know really well? Few things.
For example, I've been living in this city for 10 years, so I know where to go out, I know the hidden treasures of the city and I know about its history in general. Do however not expect me to give encyclopedic knowledge about each and every detail. I can give you the introduction to interesting facts, the rest you should look up on the internet.
I have a passion for languages. Don't know why. I guess it's because of the relationships between languages and the evolution within them.
I made it a little bit of a mission to explain natural evolution to interested people that struggle with the ideas behind this incredible phenomenon. I have seen quite a bit of human behaviour, so I do like to share my ideas about relationships, jealousy, the pursuit of happiness, sexuality, politics, stereotypes, history, ... as I love to discuss personal philosophy.
