ABOUT ME

Highly energetic and enthusiastic to explore and take in the world as well as put my energy back into it. I'm quite impulsive although spend wayy to much time in my own head which I like to quiet with a glass of wine or a well brewed beer. I've taken some time away from my career as a geologist to experience more of the world and find my passions. I bartended my way through University and have found that to be a fairly lucrative skill to travel with as well as being able to host a damn fine cocktail party here and there.
However, I'm looking to broaden my skills and find that true passion that I can spend my life pursuing. In the mean time there is no reason not to enjoy the moment so I make a joke out of everything and try to surround myself with pleasant and openminded people

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since 2009 I've been living with advent couch surfing housemates which has introduced me to a big wonderful world of couchsurfing. I was even able to catch up with a couple of people I hosted while travelling around easter Europe last year.

Today I use couch surfing as a way to meet some of the most awesome travellers out there and to share information while travelling.

The community is phenominal and can be a source of some of the most reliable people and information in the travelling world.

Interests

I love meeting new people and hanging out with my crew at a pub or hosting a killer BBQ. I like to practice flair bartending and other performing arts like fire poi and staff spinning etc. I love hiking in the mountains and snowboarding but I haven’t hit the mountains in years :s And nothing beats a cold beer by the pool an a lazy weekend afternoon and listening to some great tunes or singing along to your buddy’s acoustic.
