About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel the world, in bitesize pieces

ABOUT ME

I like nothing better than to lose myself in a strange location, and to this end go travelling with a buddy by picking cities out of a hat and just going for it. I heartily recommend you try this, adventure abounds!

PHILOSOPHY

If one does not know the port he seeks, no wind is favourable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a large couch and can accommodate people very comfortably, though it's remoteness probably doesn't make it a desirable location to travellers. You're welcome to stay, though...

I travel to Finland frequently, and have decided to start tacking on brief breaks to other locations with Helsinki as a springboard, so Eastern Europe and Scandinavia are desired destinations. Couches here would be infinitely welcome!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I lived in Copenhagen last year, and many of my friends were Couch Surfer hosts...it looked like fun, and a great way to meet people, plus a useful primer to get to know the area. Who better to ask than the locals?
