About Me
PHILOSOPHY
I travel to eat, I eat to travel, I do both to meet friendly and interesting people!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Who I´ve had the pleasure of hosting so far:
Australians, Poles, Brazilians, Slovenians, Catalans, Chileans, French, Americans, Portuguese, Belgians, Dutch, Moldovans, Españoles, Irish... hopefully I´ll be able to meet all the nationalities!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've now had the amazing experience of couchsurfing with some great people in Copenhagen, Berlin, Hamburg, Rota, Málaga, and on a sailboat in Split *!!!*. Hope to keep surfing and hosting in the years to come!
Interests
Traveling, laughing, eating, drinking, reading, people watching like a Spaniard, chatting. My absolute to die for favorite foods are Thai, sushi, bagels (everything, naturally), and Ethiopian. I also love the opera and ballet, and am a not-so-secret Marching Band geek so anything related to that is a go, too! But, next on the life list: I want to get scuba certified.
- culture
- ballet dancing
- wine
- beer

Music, Movies, and Books
Woof. You put a book in front of me, and I'll read it in two days. Favorites: The Stieg Larsson series, any and all of Isabel Allende's books, the Help, Angela's Ashes, Ender's Game, history, historical fiction... anything and everything!
Movies? I love Star Wars, ALL Disney films (minus Pinocchio, it scares me), 300, West Side Story, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, Under the Tuscan Sun, anything with Leo DiCaprio in it, and something that tells the truth.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Joined couchsurfing, for one! Hot air ballooning over the Valley of the Kings in Luxor, Egypt, at sunrise. Partying all night on New Year´s eve with 50 Egyptian felucca sail boat captains in a Berber tent on the banks of the Nile.
Teach, Learn, Share
Couchsurfing is not a website for axe-murderers (although non-cs friends tend to think so). I was a bit sketched out at first but have come to love it. Open your mind, meet some new people, embrace other cultures, and do it over a bottle of wine or a good beer!
