ABOUT ME

I appreciate the ocean although nothing beats the beauty of the Mountains in Beautiful British Colombia. Born and raised in Penticton BC brought an appreciation of what I was lucky to have. Surrounded by mountains, orchards, vineyards, two lakes (one being the home of the Ogopogo.) If you haven't been, its a must go. I have a painfully short term memory so if i forget what we are or were talking about just go with it. I love to drink, dance, laugh and just be happy.

PHILOSOPHY

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have lived on Vancouver Island (Victoria BC) since 2002. The navy sent me on a cross exchange to Washington State from 2009-2012. I am super biased when it comes to where I am from and most of the West Coast of Canada. So basically I will tell you anything you may or may not want to hear about the amazingness of BC but you will accept it in the long run. When im not sailing I will help you out all I can. With my Career I am lucky enough to meet people from all around the world this just amplifies it.

Interests

I love the outdoors, especially camping, fishing, skiing, and boating. I love the smell of fresh air in the snowy mountains, and the hot hot heat in the summer. I love watching hockey (Go Avalanche), and reading. I may have a problem with enjoying a beautiful bottle(s) of red wine, especially when shared with great company. I love to cook and bbq for people. Lastly, I love adventure, and although i like pre planning for trips I also love spontaneous trips where I can just go with the flow.

I could name a million but ultimately any music that makes me happy is what i love. But to name a few (The Beatles, Micheal Franti, and Country.)
Favorite books: The count of Monte Cristo, Les Miserable, and anything post apocalyptic

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once saved my sister from drowning, I could ski at 18 months old. From flying fish to Mountian lions the beauty of natures animals is extensive. Also nothing beats seeing the northern lights while sailing on the ocean.
