About Me
CURRENT MISSION
to evolve into something else
ABOUT ME
Been living in Brooklyn, NY, for a smidge over a year now, watching people eat for a living, and completing the later revisions of a book. Don't ask me what the book's about, or I'll deflect with, "If you took my soul and put it in a saucepot for six hours on low heat, it's what you'd find in the bottom."
My fascinations are kaleidoscopic, which means they revolve and ramify and after not so long, they're utterly distant from what I was reading about months before, but it's all connected. I do a lot of reading on the train. Novels, ideological theory, drawing instruction, spirituality, sexual theory, economics, psychology, conspiracy, my appetite is all-consuming.
I believe that you ought to express what you are, uncompromisingly, unflinchingly, and learning to do so is one of the primary movements of life.
PHILOSOPHY
Find all the things that gross you out and then fill your mouth with them and chew, even as the mucus runs down your neck.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
For years I've surfed and been hosted by billions of amazing people. As of this spring, my wife and I are opening our living room up to host, a first for me. I'm pumped!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've CS'ed in Portland, Seattle, New Orleans, Memphis, Nashville, Atlanta, Savannah, in roadtrips that went up both coasts of America and along the bottom, and most recently, Iceland!
Interests
Writing is my main jam (on the third draft of a book), but my minor jams include drawing, enterprising, bartending, traveling, cooking, cigarettes, clothing making, rooftops, reading, dancing, and the intricacy and purity of carnal relations.
