Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To eat as much chocolate as I can get my hands on. And to travel. Everywhere.
ABOUT ME
I like to see the beauty and humour in everyday moments. I'm pretty laidback and I love to laugh. I've started yearly trips to the awesome land of the Netherlands - and I've love to take side trips to other fun countries while I'm there.
I'm always happy to meet new people, grab some coffee, get my dance on, and whip up some good food.
PHILOSOPHY
Be a good person. Never stop seeking.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Offering: I'm located in the country, far away from civilisation. It's lovely, but not very great for tourists! But if you happen to be in the area (Whitewater Region, North of Ottawa), message me and I can show you around!
Seeking: I'll be traveling to Europe (either to Italy or France, and the Netherlands) in June 2014 and I'd love to meet up with some couchsurfers and experience the city(cities) like a true native.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
As of today, I have yet to couch surf but I have hosted a few times! Hoping to one day make the bold leap and to meet some amazing people along the way.

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Almost Famous, Drive, Funny Face, Bridget Jones's Diary
Music: A wide variety - country to dubstep
TV Shows: I don't watch much tv (ya ya I know) but I really enjoy(ed) Mad Men, Gilmore Girls, HIMYM, SATC, The Walking Dead
Books: So many to choose from - as cliche as it is, I do love the Harry Potter books and what they did to the literary world.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing thing I've experienced so far is the birth and growth of my adorable nieces. To see a little baby grow and develop, and then start to say your name and have conversations with you is a life-changing and beautiful thing.
Also: I found a Lindt store the other day. 75% off all Christmas chocolates. It was amazing.
